Criminal Justice: We work in partnership with Stranraer Criminal Justice System to provide placements for people serving community service orders as an alternative to imprisonment.


Private local training providers: We work in partnership with local training providers such as Working Links and private training companies to provide placements for people to undertake work experience.
We provide the opportunity to come and work with us and undertake training at the same time whilst being supporting to find permanent employment, as the transferable skills that people learn
whilst working with us can be reused within other working environments. These organisations include:

Adult Team with Adult Disability
Supported Employment Service
Women's Aid
Loreburn Housing Association
Dumfries and Galloway citizens’ advice


Registration and Awards


We are registered members of a number of Organisations to help us deliver our service to a nationally accepted standard. We are registered with:


Entrust, the Regulator of Landfill Tax Credits.
This is firstly to access funds; however, it also ensures we are informed of the latest environmental developments, as does our memberships with the Community Recycling Network for Scotland (CRNS), Furniture Reuse Network, (FRN), and the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency, (SEPA).
